The NBPLA is excited to host the Second Annual Membership Meeting & Conference in the "Magic City" of Birmingham, Alabama, by popular demand! The Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25 - Friday, October 27, 2023 at The Forum Building of the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. Attendees and guests are encouraged to stay through the weekend to enjoy the many festivities associated with the "Magic City Classic" football extravaganza between Alabama A&M University and Alabama State University - the largest HBCU football game in the nation!
